Job Description for Business Development Executive:

This is an opportunity for a new business ‘door opener’. The role is to identify and qualify new sales opportunities using a consultative approach.

If you have experience of B2B outbound calling, contacting senior decision makers and have experience either within the IT solution or service sector, or are from a Recruitment background (this is not a recruitment role) then this role could be your next career move. Candidates should ideally be Graduates.

If you have any experience of the Healthcare sector it would be an added advantage.

The role is more about the quality of conversations rather than the quantity of calls – a refreshing change from many roles!

Experience & Skills needed for this role:
* B2B new business calling experience – Inside Sales / Telemarketing / Business Development promoting a solution or service within the IT or Recruitment sector
* Ideally a Graduate
* Quickly able to establish rapport and build relationships over the phone
* Self-starter, able to work fast according to designated priorities
* Excellent written and spoken communication
