Completions Processing Advisor Temporary Cover - 9-12 months
New Lending are recruiting for a Temporary Completions Processing Advisor.
Completions is a key function in New Lending and is responsible for ensuring customer funds reach their Solicitor in time for completion.
You will be a part of a small but dedicated team working a variety of different tasks to ensure customer service excellence.
Tasks within the role include:
Processing of Certificate of Titles (COTs)
Setting up of payment instructions using HSBC.net
Checking and authorising mortgage details to facilitate funds release
Re-inspection instructions and review of guarantees to facilitate release of mortgage retentions
Take incoming calls and queries from Solicitors
Process drawdown/ further advances and transfers of equity fund requests
Process application fee refunds
- We are looking for someone who is driven to deliver excellent customer service, committed to the Society’s values and has good communication skills.
- You will also need to have a can do attitude, work well under pressure and be flexible in supporting the Lending business area during peak volumes.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Contract: Temp - Maternity Cover - 9-12 months
