BDS are recruiting on behalf of our client, a large charitable organisation for an experienced administrator to provide support for the Rent Income Manager - North. This will include ensuring rent is maximised, rent accounts are monitored and appropriate action taken together with the aim of sustaining tenancies. This role will be based in Nottingham.

Duties & Responsibilities are not limited to but include:

• Generate and distribute rent reports to housing teams and monitor actions taken.
• Ensuring that all Housing Benefit notifications are reviewed and circulated to correct housing teams
• Liaise with the Rent Income Manager to assist in managing cases of bad debt
• To assist the Leasing and Rent Income Officer in the annual rent increase process.
• To support the Leasing and Rent Income Officer in the setting of rents for new property acquisitions.
• To provide cover for the Leasing and Rent Income Officer where necessary.
• To process and manage tenants moves.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• Excellent attention to detail and an analytical approach to working.
• Ability to produce accurate and concise reports as required
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to read and understand rent accounts
• Ability to prepare accurate documentation
• Strong IT skills, particularly in the use of excel and databases.
• The ability to analyse and interpret computer generated reports

This is an ongoing temporary assignment with a strong chance of becoming permanent for the right candidate. The hours are Monday - Friday (Apply online only) and the rate of pay is £10.30 per hour.
