Working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate the Customer Success manager must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
You will also be well versed at being able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process and be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
Ideal Customer Success Manager will be passionate about using SketchUp or similar software and have good knowledge of 3D design tools and technologies and be able to present this enthusiasm with excellent communication skills to clients.
You will have proven success using both creative and adaptive approaches to to eliminate sales obstacles and be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
