The role in Brief: To provide account management to partner agents, potential clients and colleagues & successfully converting leads into conveyancing files whilst ensuring they are passed on to their panel of expert solicitors. To provide support to the sales teams to deliver a completely managed auction solution delivering sales results and complete satisfaction to their partner agent and clients.
1) To build great relationships with partner estate agents to encourage them to refer lead opportunities.
2) To quote clients and sell the features and benefits of their services to successfully convert leads into conveyancing files.
3) To have excellent organisational skills in order to manage cases through the panel of nominated solicitors.
4) To report performance figures to partner agent management teams on a weekly basis.
5) To review figures with partner agent management team monthly identifying and implementing strategies to increase performance
6) To manage your tasks on a daily basis to ensure tasks are met in a timely manner in line with their service obligations.
7) To resolve minor issues with solicitors to their partner agents satisfaction.
8) To present yourself and the company in the best possible way be that on the phone, via written communication or in person to their clients and all other associated persons relating to your role.
