Part Time Finance Assistant
Are you looking for an Analytical and Reporting Finance role?
Our rapidly expanding and highly innovative client is currently seeking a Part Time Finance Assistant to join their team based in Wimbledon. This varied role is unlike any other due to its responsibilities covering a variety of duties such as financial administrative and customer service, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to grow within these sectors. Your role will include:
- Offering finance support to the Financial Director, alongside offering Administration support to the PA of the CEO of the company
- Finance support - Financial reports, figures, spread sheets, payroll, receivables, budgets
- Assisting with business plans
- Admin support - assistance with Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Credit Control, general office administration = dealing with telephone calls, couriers, visitors etc.
- Liaise with team members and external suppliers
- Ad hoc duties when required
- Strong analytical mind
- Dynamic, confident and proactive, whilst being motivated and extremely customer focused
- Has an excellent telephone manor with the ability to converse at all levels
- Analytical and have a good basic understanding of IT
