A Specialist Underwriting business with a niche product require a Business Development Executive to operate in an office based role, assisting in developing and growing the company's client base.

With around 70% of your time spent working with warm leads you will be coordinating and managing the sales cycle, representing the business in out and inbound telephone calls and sending out marketing material and written presentations. Main requirements are for someone with excellent time management skills and just an organised approach.

An attractive bonus and incentive programme is available to incentivise business conversion. This is a fantastic working environment and there is a very low staff turnover. You will be able to manage your own time and although the role is target driven, the business are completely realistic and will not put unnecessary demands on the successful candidate.
