Owing to a period of sustained growth, St Barts Finance are looking to recruit a self-motivated and knowledgeable Administrator to join our well established team.

The Role

The role will involve assisting with all aspects of administrative work relating to Mortgages and Insurance applications. This will also include telephone contact and face to face dealings with all parties involved including clients and introducers.

Our expanding, fast-paced office environment requires a proactive approach to tasks and the ability to take ownership when necessary.

The ability to work well within a small friendly team, with a positive and enthusiastic approach is essential.

The Candidate

Ideally you will have previous experience in processing Mortgage and Insurance business from application to completion. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Previous experience of ACT! By Sage is desirable but not essential.

You will be comfortable with dealing with and speaking to product providers, clients, estate agents and solicitors in order to ensure the timely processing of applications.

A good knowledge of compliance, and/or mortgage regulation would be an advantage
