Field Based Trainer - Sales and Customer Service
An exciting and varied vacancy for an experienced Trainer has arisen within our motor retail client.
The successful Trainer will possess:
>Learning & Development background
>Multi-site experience, ideally retail
>Experience of writing and delivering classroom based training
This new vacancy is key to the HR team, and will cover the training and development of Sales and Customer Service staff working within several car dealerships across the West of London and into the south west.
The successful Trainer will, with support from HR and operations, be responsible for creating the annual training plan, from ongoing reviews and needs analysis. They will develop and deliver training programmes to all new Sales and Aftersales team members. In addition the Trainer will also support HR with induction, coaching and recruitment assessment.
Our client is a successful and growing regional dealer group with dealerships across the West of London and Wiltshire.
A competitive salary up to around £33,000 is offered for this role in addition to a competitive benefits package including car.
