A highly respected national charity with offices in London is looking for an IT Manager to join their organisation on an estimated 12 month fixed term role.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a house hold name and make a significant contribution to the ongoing improvement of their IT function during a period of significant change.

Based in South London, this is the ideal opportunity for a Senior Systems Administrator / Team Leader to take the next step in their career - or for an IT Manager to make the move to an exciting brand. This is a hands-on technical role; the successful candidate will manage two team members and take the lead on various upgrade projects.

To be suitable you must be customer focused, an exceptional communicator and well versed across 1st to 3rd line support and have team lead/management experience. You should have some experience of projects such as rollouts and upgrades.

The remit of the role will require experience with the below responsibilities and technologies:

* Managing a small team - or mentoring less experienced team members
* Windows 7, Server 2012
* Exchange Server 2010
* Active Directory
* Microsoft Networks and domains
* Maintenance of telephony systems (VoIP & SIP)
* Hyper-V or similar
* Installation, configuration and testing of new computer equipment and peripherals

In addition, any knowledge of CRM, ERP or EPOS systems would strongly support your application.

This is an estimated 12 month fixed term role offering a basic salary of up to £41,000 pro rata dependent on depth of relevant skills and experience.
