IT Support Technician - Helpdesk - Desktop - 1st Line.


£25,000 - £28,000 p.a.

Worldwide market leader with an impressive history and interesting customer base are looking to add to their support team, currently six.

We are looking for a strong help desk and desktop support professional, wanting to widen their career with an interesting and diverse user base.

You will have a minimum of three years help-desk and desk-side support experience including:

MCP / MCITP certification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
Good knowledge of desktop Microsoft applications.
Substantial experience of Windows 7 / Windows 10 installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
Experience in Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Server.
Good understanding of networking principles including TCP/IP, Wireless access points and routers to actively support the global infrastructure.
Experience of troubleshooting Windows XP / Windows 7 / Windows 10 and Office (2010/2013) on the desktop.

Any experience of Citrix administration, Mailsweeper, SonicWALL Firewalls as well as experience working with Microsoft SharePoint would be desirable.
