International Sales Manager FMCG
International Sales Manager required by a leading FMCG fragrance and toiletries brand for the youth market based in Harrow, West London HA1.
£35K basic + commission (£40K OTE) depending on skills and experience.
A minimum 2 years of international sales experience within an FMCG background would be highly desirable.
We now have an exciting opportunity for an International Sales Manager to oversee the business in a number of countries, working with distributors and/or retailers by assisting with the development of sales and marketing plans within already established markets. You will be involved in developing promotional activities with the distributors and/or retailers to ensure maximum exposure of the brands as well as ensuring potential of the brands is achieved.
Additionally responsibilities include:
-Handling budgets, forecasts and shipping reports
-Working with the export Marketing team
-Organising Sales Promotions.
Skills and Experience:
You have minimum 2 years of international sales experience and ideally come from an FMCG background. You are an excellent communicator, strong team player, a motivator and innovator and have a high level of personal integrity.
Your ability to demonstrate a track record of managing key customer relationships is crucial as is your commercial and financial awareness will be useful. You will be driven and resilient with loads of enthusiasm, use initiative and have the ability to work on your own.
Fluency in English is essential - another European language highly desirable
The successful candidate will need to have very good command of Microsoft office software. In addition a valid passport and a willingness to travel is paramount.
