OUR CLIENT are a pan-European, Logistics specialist developer and asset manager boasting an impressive portfolio of investor and occupier clients internationally. The company are looking to add a London-based Analyst / Associate to their successful team to work with them and organically grow within the company.

THE ROLE will incorporate the broad responsibilities below:

  • Performing market research on European real estate markets and collecting and collating data accordingly.
  • Producing investment materials including investment memorandums.
  • Performing investor presentations.
  • Appointing external consultants, legal professionals and tax professionals as appropriate.
  • Performing site selection and analysis including modelling, due diligence and feasibility studies.
  • Researching comparable market evidence.
  • Managing the detailed analysis of investments, portfolios and development appraisals.
  • Leading and managing the negotiation of purchases while considering land options and lease contracts.
  • Assisting in the asset management of some European assets.

THE PERSON: The successful Associate MUST have between 2 - 5 years' experience in real estate and exposure to the acquisition / investment or transaction process. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills with a proven capability and an eagerness to learn and develop within the role. Ideally, the candidate will have pan-European experience and will speak an additional European language fluently. The candidate will be a driven, entrepreneurial and commercially-minded individual.
