If you have a couple of years billing experience in a small to mid sized firm,and are now looking to move on to a role with more autonomy then this may be the ideal position.
Working for a boutique law firm in the City you will be helping to assist in the running, competence as well as the effective financial management of the firm.
The role will comprise taking responsibility for all billing and credit control matters as well as handling ad hoc matter such as expenses, petty cash and providing ledger information for the fee earners.
It is essential that you have experience of:
- producing and amending bills, within a law firm, to include the cover letters
- credit control to include maintaining the write-off register
- ensuring compliance with SAR
- legal financial ledgers (both client and office)
This is a small close-knit team, so communication will be key, and you must have a can-do attitude.
This is a newly created role, so you will be able to take complete ownership of this role and make it your own.
