My client is looking to build a team of MOTIVATED and enthusiastic candidates to join their bright busy office in the heart of Liverpool City Centre.

We are looking to attract candidates who thrive and want to go above and beyond the commission structure leaving the basic salary as an added bonus.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.45am – 5pm and the business offer both base salary and competitive commission structure. They also offer fantastic incentives which encourages you to hit your targets even more!

Duties will include –

• Making outbound B2B calls to business
• Following up leads and setting follow ups
• Hitting targets and KPI’s
• Maintain fantastic customer service and manage customers journey from point of sale through to supply
• Consultatively sell for the businesses needs
• Collate accurate information and data which is to be inputted onto the company CRM database
• To collect and cascade competitor information and also keep up to date with customer contract renewal dates
• Act in a positive and motivated manner

My client is looking for the following - 

- Expeirence of working within the Energy industry in a sales focused role
- Strong negotiation, communication and problem solving skills
- Motivated and creative candidates

Package - 

-£19k salary plus commission
- £1,000.00 performance bonus per quarter
