Want to work for an online brand really changing the way their industry will work forever? We're working with an online automotive services company in Greater London and they're looking for a Head of Marketing to join to work on some amazing creative B2C campaigns.

Our client is one of those disruptive companies that are really changing the face of their industry forever, and are looking for a Head of Marketing to join them due to a promotion internally. As the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for growing the reputation of the brand, and will have a pretty sizable budget to do so. Role & Responsibilities:

? The Head of Marketing will have overall responsibility of new customer acquisition whilst maintaining relationships with existing ones.
? Managing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
? Managing all channels of marketing: PPC, CRM-email-SMS, website conversion, partnerships/affiliates, SEO, PR and social media.
? Tracking delivery of all channels against plan.
? Monitoring and reporting marketing effectiveness.
? Execution and development of strategic partner relationships and affiliates.
? The Head of Marketing will be responsible fo training current team members and improving performance through continuous support.
? Supervision of staff including appraisals, and providing guidance as needed.
? Ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed.
? Assisting in budget creation for the marketing.

Experience & Skills:

? The successful Head of Marketing will have strong hands-on experience across performance marketing channels: PPC, CRM-email-SMS, website conversion, partnerships/affiliates etc.
? Good knowledge within SEO, PR and social media.
? Strong marketing experience for a B2C product which has grown rapidly.
? Understanding of current effective marketing techniques.
? Strong strategic, analytical and project management skills.
? Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team.
? Confident and dynamic personality.
? Previous experience in companies characterised by rapid growth.
? Keen interest in marketing research and best practice knowledge within PPC, email and online conversion.
