Maintenance Manager for a shopping centre in West London. £35k-£40k + Package
My client is a Shopping Centre based in West London who prides themselves on being able to provide market leading services and shopping to their customers. They are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager to join the team and be responsible for the delivery of M&E services across the estate. Reporting into the Technical Services Manager the role will manage a team of 6 engineers and outsourced contracts.
You will need to lead, manage and motivate the team of multi-skilled technical colleagues, be an excellent communicator, a clear decision maker and be an approachable people manager with a good all-round knowledge of employee relations. You will be responsible for setting performance targets, monitor results and achieve targets to drive operational improvement, ensure first class relationships and the delivery of exceptional customer service levels are achieved at all times.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant mechanical or electrical qualification and have experience of leading, managing and motivating maintenance teams. You will have the ability to work well with others, make clear decisions and continue to deliver results under pressure.
