Our client, a global Entertainments company based in the Docklands are looking for a Creative Account Manager who has experience of building client relationships, has a commercial mindset and has experience of B2B Account Management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable company who are world renowned. A second language is not essential but would be advantageous. 

The Role

- Maximise Commercial sales revenue in assigned territories
- On a daily basis review and qualify leads from all available sources, Salesforce, Standard Record Applications and Priority Service Applications received via our Website, Head of Commercial Accounts, VP Creative , Senior B2B Marketing Manager
- Research leads and clients to clearly establish needs and sales potential
- As directed by Head of Commercial Accounts organise joint or solo meetings/follow up calls with clients
- Respond to client queries and requests fully, clearly and in a timely manner and clearly document lead progression
- Position and sell commercial product portfolio effectively
- Liaise with potential customers, process documentation, contracts and record information from first contact to post event account management
- Build and develop long lasting relationships with clients
- Follow up on leads using sales force and ensure accurate and detailed inputting and upkeep of all sales force information
- Attend and actively contribute to all relevant internal meetings and regularly report on progress from assigned territories
- Represent company key values
- Achieve company and individual targets and objectives

The Person

- At least 2 years’ experience within account management
- Experience of selling creative services 
- CRM experience is necessary
- You will have experience in the following areas:
- Building relationships with accounts, prospects and customers
- Creating proposals using creative briefs
- Upselling and maximisation of new and existing customers
- Negotiating and managing opportunities and successfully closing deals
- Processing documentation, general sales administration
- Collaborate to ensure the customer gets the best experience
- Tenacious and ambitious
- Team player who can work independently
- Articulate, organised and professional
- Target driven
- Able to liaise with customer from all backgrounds
- Exceptional telephone manner and proposal writing
- Additional languages are preferred due to the nature of the business but are not essential
- Experience working with agencies
- Cultural sensitivity
- Experience in customer service, with the general public and business 2 business
- Ability to prioritise and manage personal time
- Enjoys the responsibility of working autonomously
