The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be implementing your current skills and experience to sell Glass into Builders Merchants. You will be responsible for overseeing existing accounts, as well as identifying and developing contracts with new clients. You will consistently be performing against set targets to make the most of the uncapped commission plan.

Experience Required:
We are seeking an over-achieving Business Development Manager, with experience in selling products into Builders Merchants. You will need to be a hunter for generating new business as well as being extremely proactive when managing your accounts. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve targets. You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence and have the persistence to exceed all KPI's.

The Package:
The offered package for a Business Development Manager, is a basic salary of £25,000- £30,000, depending on experience, with an uncapped OTE £40,000 in your first year. You will also receive a car allowance, company phone + laptop, generous pension, opportunities to progress and other flexible options.
