There are many companies in the FinTech space that claim to be a market leader or a visionary but this is YOUR chance to genuinely join a business that is changing the way in which retail banks view their customers and offerings for the digital banking space. On the back of recruiting a new UK MD from one of the leading consulting houses they are now looking to add a Sales Director / Senior BDM to selling their leading range of customer experience management services and technology built around their award winning solution set.

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Director you will be engaging with senior level individuals within the retail banking space both here in the UK and across EMEA selling an award winning range of CEM technology / software. You will need to be someone that is comfortable dealing at "C" level within the retail banking world and selling to various different lines of business that are focused on the customer and the digital side of the financial services industry.

The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful Regional Sales Director / Business Development Manager that can demonstrate a solid track record of achievement of new business sales within the FinTech (financial technology) or consulting services in to retail banking market place. You will be someone that is capable of handling the entire sales process from initial prospecting through to close of deal which can often be a 12-18 month sales cycle as well as being responsible for managing and responding to RFP's or RFI's that may be sent in by potential prospects.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £75,000-£100,000 depending on experience, pension, health, criteria and an uncapped ote of £120,000-£130,000. Also on offer is the opportunity of working with a company that is growing and promotes from within and is looking to build and develop their UK office over the next 2 years. They are also open to discussing stock options plan as part of their long term strategy for the business.
