Due to an impressive period of growth, an opportunity for a Prism Support Consultant has arisen.

If you're looking to join a leading software consultancy based in Bristol then this role may be for you!

As a Prism Support Consultant, you will be part of the 2nd line support team, responsible for supporting customers with their bespoke document management software.

Main duties will include:

* Understanding and implementing customer requirements.
* Identifying and implementing any improvements to a customisation code-set to bring it in-line with company standards.
* Investigating and remedying any faults occurring within a customisation or software application(s).
* Identifying and escalating any software issues to the Support Manager.
* Producing and maintaining a clear log of activities.
* Analysing and understanding customer data and processing rules.
* Writing and testing bespoke, criteria-based rule sets.

As a Software Support Consultant, you will:

- Be technically minded.
- Have a keen interest in technology.
- Have a positive and proactive approach to work.
- Have strong customer service and communication skills.
- Be a logical thinker.
- Have experience or understanding of HTML / Web design/ Coding
- Have help-desk/customer support experience.

Please note: there will be no hardware element to this role.

Company training is carried out in Wellington rather than Bristol, therefore the successful candidate will need to have own transport due to location. Travel expenses will be a set rate.

As this is a new team there are excellent opportunities for the placed candidate to progress within the company to 3rd line support or to a more specialist or team leader role.
