Role: Senior Account Manager

Location: Wakefield

Salary: up to £30k DOE

Our client are a digital brand agency; specialists in strategy, branding, web design, social media and SEO.

The Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing key accounts and working with a wide range of well-known brands. Duties within the role will include:

Development of existing client relationships, being alert to new business opportunities with existing clients, whilst reaching out to potential opportunities in the wider market
Be involved in client and product research, familiarisation and brainstorming across both traditional and digital projects, including website development
Collaboration with internal digital specialist to implement strategic social and paid digital campaigns, including Twitter, Facebook and Google AdWords
Attend client-briefing and project meetings with various members of the team
Track and produce monthly campaign reports for key clients, using Google Analytics and MOZ (This is not required but is a bonus if you have previous experience)
Brief and scope out projects with the design team
Prepare cost proposals and schedules for projects, helping to define project scope, resource requirements and identifying any technical or third party requirements
Ensuring accounts are run with efficiency and effectiveness so projects are delivered on time and within budget
Be responsible for ensuring that relevant clients and account team members are kept up to date on project developments; whilst alerting both parties to changes in timings, costs and any issues that may arise during the project
Delivery of client presentations and pitches
Working with the Director to oversee the work schedule within studio
Liaising with production teams and printers
Supporting the Director with business development within the agency and assisting with long term growth plans.

You should be an enthusiastic and positive person, who strives to exceed expectations for both clients and internal staff, maintaining our high standards throughout.

You will have:

Experience in a web/design/marketing agency, implementing strategic campaigns
Personality to quickly establish effective relationships across all clients
Strong literacy, writing and proofreading skills are essential
Relevant understanding of marketing analytics
Experience in Social and Digital Media campaigns is advantageous but not essential
Excellent organisation and timekeeping, with exceptional attention to detail
Self-motivated, natural problem solver and a key team player
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Confident in liaising and negotiating with external suppliers
