2nd Line Support / IT Technician / Permanent / London /£25000

Calling all Londoners! Corecom Consulting is currently on the lookout for a 2nd Line Support Analyst for our client, a pioneering law firm based in London City Centre, to join their dynamic I.T. Department. We are looking for an experienced customer facing individual with a technical skillset to match the demands of this exciting and challenging opportunity.

You will be providing in-house 1st and 2nd line support to over 100 seniors professional. You will be responsible for managing own workload as supporting issues arise, providing smooth running of day to day tasks, and providing first class customer service experience.

Essential skills:

* Strong communications skills
* College diploma or University degree in the field of computer science or 3+ years of equivalent work experience
* Experience of Microsoft Windows packages
* Experience in a customer facing environment
* Experience in 1st & 2nd line support

Desirable skills:

* ITIL foundation certification or working knowledge of ITIL principles
* Microsoft certification
