Due to increasing business demand our client, a Main Dealer in the Great Yarmouth area, is currently looking to hire an experienced and professional Administrator/Office Assistant to join the Service Team

Key responsibilities:

- To ensure system and method in all administrative matters relating to sales.
- To ensure effective manufacturer contact to deal with administrative details.
- To maintain clarity and precision in all transactions.
- To ensure accurate records are kept and updated daily.
- To ensure that on first contact, any customer, regular, new or potential, receives a pleasant and courteous welcome.
- To ensure that customers' needs are dealt with promptly.
- To record and pass all messages expeditiously and accurately.
- To ensure outgoing communications are dealt with promptly.
- To maintain a collected composure when under stress.
- To provide general support to office/administration team.

Experience, qualifications, and training required:

- Automotive sales administration/office experience advantageous but non-essential( ideally with Kalamazoo)
- Administration/office experience in any capacity as a minimum requirement
- Flexible approach to workload
- Capable of working with a team
- UK driving license essential

For your hard work our client is offering a starting salary up to £20,000 (negotiable pending experience), manufacturer training, and fantastic career development prospects with a potential permanent position at the end of your contract. Our client would ideally like the successful candidate to work 8:30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday but are prepared to be flexible with the hours worked.
