Chase and Holland are currently working with an employer of choice in South Derby area who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their team due to company growth. The position is Assisting the Purchase Ledger Manager in the day to day duties of the department and all staff, this 6 month temp role would suit either a recent grad looking for some experience or someone looking for flexible hours and

Job Description:

- Matching of invoices & entering invoices & credits to accounting system

- Ensure invoices are signed off for payment & filed correctly

- Process online Payments on weekly/monthly basis

- Reconcile Supplier/Inter-Co/Credit Card Statements

- Generate month end reports

- Petty Cash recording & reconciliation

- Liaise with group Purchase Ledger Departments

- Undertake tasks requested by line manager

- Order Fuel Cards for Group

- Process & pay employee expenses

- Respond to all purchase ledger enquiries in a timely manner

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within an accounts team, with strong interpersonal skills both face to face and over the phone. In return, you will be offered a competitive salary between £15,000 - £18,000 pro rata.
