My client is a global jewellery and diamond company, currently looking for a Brand Communications Manager to join their team, ideally with retail experience. Reporting into the Head of Brand Communications, the role will develop and implement brand communication across ATL, BTL and Digital in accordance with the overall brand strategy. This role will require management of resources who will act as support and/or implementers of the defined communication objectives.

Brand Communications
 Development and delivery of all communication materials - ATL, BTL and Digital.
 Collecting on-going requests from the local markets for communication materials.
 Develop and coordinate, with all local markets, appropriate communication tools to support local plans.
 Work with local teams and translation agencies to ensure all materials are adapted for local markets.
 Act as brand custodian ensuring the highest standards are applied in all communications.
 Coordinate with all functions - Digital, PR, VM, B2B, B2C and Design & Innovation - and supervise globally, the development of brand identity, campaigns, collection ideas and PR activities.
 Provide support and guidance to markets in the local development of materials (artwork adaptation, diamond imagery, copywriting, social media posts).

Digital, Social Media and Creative
 Developing communication materials for brand's digital channels.
 Work closely with the Digital Content Editor to adapt brand content / assets for use across social media platforms.
 Act as a brand guardian for all content produced for digital and social media.
 Working closely with the Design and Innovation team in the creative development of new products and brand communication materials for markets.
 Assist and oversee execution of all communication materials across all marketing functions - digital, (e)CRM, training, VM, BTL and ATL.

Key Skills:
* Strong long distance relationship management experience.
* Intercultural sensitivity and communication skills.
* Brand management (including digital marketing) skills and experience with dealing with agencies and suppliers.
* Experience of finance and budgeting.
* Proven experience within an advertising agency or brand team.
* Sensitivity to Luxury category.
