An award winning market leading marketing services / customer loyalty business is looking to add x2 business development managers / new business sales professionals to their team as part of their continued expansion in Europe targeting the financial services and banking sectors. This is great time to join a business that offer a range of services base around customer loyalty programmes that drive loyalty, create new revenue streams through innovative programmes and also the client's customer base.

The Role:
As a business development manager you will be responsible for developing new business revenue streams selling a range of loyalty marketing services, marketing technology including email marketing, SEO, data analytics etc within financial services market place both in the UK and across EMEA. This will be through a combination of self-generated opportunities and incoming leads as well as working on RFI's and RFP's that are requested from potential clients.

The Candidate:
You will be a highly business development manager with a track record of selling solutions in to the financial services / retail banking sector with a demonstrable achievements of new business wins, what you have sold is less important as they will consider software, marketing technology, professional services, consulting services, etc as long as it is a high value solution to the financial services sector market place. Any exposure to customer loyalty, retention solutions or consulting services based around monetization of existing customers within the banking market place would be a distinct advantage but not essential.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £65,000-£85,000 depending on experience with a health commission plan which is uncapped and based on a very conservation target of £110,000-£120,000 pension, health, plus a range of benefits etc. Also on offer for the right person is a rapid and rewarding career progression path as the company continues with its growth strategy across EMEA including opportunities to move in to management as well as stock options being available for the right person.
