Adecco are currently recruiting for 2 committed Senior Customer Service Advisors. You will be joining an expanding team within a customer service centre environment for Adecco's market leading client based in Northampton. This is a permanent position and is based in a modern, upbeat office paying £21,000 per annum

Our client is looking for candidates who have previous experience within a customer service focused role. Applicants from a senior customer service role or within call centre entre background would be advantageous, however this is not essential.

The successful candidates will be required to attend a two stage interview process. Please note- we are holding first stage interviews throughout June and have start dates available from mid July.

Daily Duties will include:
Managing customer expectations and resolving queries effectively using product knowledge
Communicating with customers via telephone and email on a daily basis.
Ensuring that you provide the best support and are accommodating the customers with their complaints to the best of your ability.
Always ensuring you are working towards improving the level of service to individual customers
Liaising with internal departments including the warehouse, distribution and other depots.
Manage and update orders
Work to strict deadlines
Maintain and update record systems
Excel database management - downloading orders
Work within internal customer databases

You will work towards individual performance targets and contribute towards team based KPI's also.

The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience within retail/ customer service based roles within an office environment.
Ability to communicate on all levels.
Confident in building a rapport with customers to make them feel valued.
The ability to work effectively under pressure and on your own initiative.
Maintain a positive attitude at all times.
Both strong written and oral communication skills.
Self motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to develop a strong career.

The hours of work will include shifts between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday. The ideal candidate will be fully flexible to work shifts between these days and hours so please consider this before applying.
