INTRODUCTION:
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a luxury dance studio, located within the Fulham / Imperial Wharf area. The studio operates very much like a boutique Hotel environment and requires someone with a friendly, well-presented and customer orientated personality. You will need to be happy to be on your feet all the time and to offer a lounge service, as well as a meet and greet.

The post itself is working weekends, on a permanent basis and would suit someone that is studying / has other commitments etc. They will not consider someone that is working full-time in the week as this would mean that you would not be having any rest day, which they feel is very important.

SALARY ETC:
* £8.00 to £9.00ph
* Start: ASAP
* Permanent, Weekends
* Saturday & Sunday, from 10:30am to 8:00pm
* Location: Fulham / Imperial Wharf

* Telephone interview, followed by a face-to-face interview

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
* Answering of general phone enquires
* Answering emails
* Assisting Operations Manager with general tasks
* Meet and Greet through door
* Dealing with members/staff with general enquiries
* Keeping an up -to- date- database
* Follow up phone calls
* Learning the booking system (MBO software)
* Carrying out daily studio basic check list
* Daily/regular purchasing of milk and lemons etc
* Pulling out/filing away of members records daily
* Calling to confirm member’s lessons
* Booking of members next lessons
* Dealing with drop in taster sessions
* Offering general public basic sales of studios services
* Sorting and opening post In & Out
* Signing in of members for their lessons
* Fire Alarm regular checks and understanding of equipment (assign a Fire Marshall)
* Gift Packages/wedding gift- preparations of champagne and after folder presented
* Follow up wedding gift letter sent after last lesson
* Deal with drop in General Public sales and Gift Packages
* Membership packs issued to clients
* Preparation of towels and water for clients
* Events assistance with tickets etc.
* Understanding of alcohol licensing rules (wine opened must be dated etc)
* Serving & clearing of Tea/Coffee/Alcohol in lounge and studios
* Keeping all premises tidy/emptying of bins (dusting or wiping down if necessary)
* Re stocking of alcohol/drinks to fridges from stock room

REQUIREMENTS:
* To have experience within a Hotel / Leisure / Customer orientated operation
* To have worked as a Receptionist / Lounge Assistant or similar
* Excellent level of English, communication and customer service skills
* To be able to commit to a permanent, weekend role and are happy with the hours
* Smart appearance is very important, as well as an enjoyment for working with people
* Confident and polite
* An interest in dance is not essential but a benefit
