My client a leading property management company based in Manchester city centre are currently looking to recruit a senior administrator/office coordinator. Though initially a temporary contract, this role is being recruited for on a permanent basis and could open up further opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day functions of the office to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Duties will range from fleet and vehicle management and office utilities (phone management) through to generalise HR functions (holiday and sickness reports) as well as any ad-hoc duties that arise.

This role requires someone with excellent organisation skills as well the ability to remain calm within a high pressure environment. Strong communication skills as well a high level of IT literacy is also essential.

Based in Manchester city centre there are excellent public transport links as well as free parking available.

My client will also consider someone part time as well as full time for the temporary requirement i.e. 5days a week 10am - 3pm.
