Hotel Sales Manager Immediate Start up to 27k

Location: Norwich

An International Hotel Company with headquarters in London.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager who will be instrumental in supporting and running their busy Hotel.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Manage the development of account relationships at all levels, including account managers and other partners.
Co-ordinate and execute sales and PR activities within the designated hotel as well as the group.
Develop and manage of local corporate accounts for the hotel.
Work closely with the hotel team to acquire new accounts and to update them on any new sales developments and changes.
Define strategic sales plan and ensure successful execution of plans to drive revenue.
Drive the strategic development and implementation of all advertising sales initiatives.
Manage and monitor the online travel agents, the production, website content and positioning.
Review, manage and develop the group agents.
Manage the sales and promotion of the conference and meeting rooms
Maintain and update the hotel website content, social media etc.
Provide weekly / monthly reports of local accounts, sales activities, competitor analyses and any other relevant information required showing the performance of hotel.
Review hotel monthly forecast and variance analysis of business.

Salary up to £27,000.
28 days holiday each year, including bank holidays.
