Who are we?

Policy Expert is one of the fastest growing Home Insurance providers in the UK. Since launching in May 2011, we have been rapidly expanding and now have a headcount of over 170 experts across three sites.

We have a busy contact centre based in Central Milton Keynes, which is full of dedicated, positive people who enjoy an environment focussed on teamwork and fun.

Our London office is where the behind the scenes magic happens, and is home to all the developers and support staff who help make Policy Expert run smoothly.

What you will be doing

The main responsibility of this role is the management and growth of our partner-marketing channel.

Serving as the main point of contact for the marketing channel, you must have a good understanding of all Policy Expert assets available and their corresponding value. Additionally, you will be responsible for new partner development including identifying new targets, pitching, closing and then executing and managing the relationship.

The successful candidate will have previous relationship management experience as well as experience in affiliate/partner marketing. The candidate will pay strict attention to detail and be able to manage and monitor multiple projects and partners at the same time. The primary focus of the role will be on driving new acquisition and increasing overall revenue.

Duties

Identify organisations suitable for partnerships
Manage a pipeline of prospects
Daily communication with partners by phone, written communication and face-to-face – delivering excellent service
Ensure we’re delivering against budget and highlight any major deviance
Optimise partner relationships with a focus on delivering growth across the network
Provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders
Understand and recommend tracking solutions per individual campaign
Kept up to date with competitor marketing activity, using this information to form recommendations to partners to grow sales
Analyse and identify trends based on data reports
Provide assistance to our contact centre sales function when necessary

Skills we need

Proven track record of establishing and building successful relationships
Experience scoping and delivering successful marketing campaigns
High competence of excel
Experience analysing marketing campaigns across multiple channels preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them through to fruition
Prioritise time based on task importance / size of opportunity
Goal and results focussed
Strong communicator who can adapt and communicate at all levels
Has a professional approach both internally and externally and is commercially credible
Good commercial acumen
Experience working in a dynamic environment
Good understanding of online and offline marketing practices, including performance based marketing
Must be a team player

In addition, it would be great if you had

Formal training in a marketing discipline
Previous experience of the contact centre environment
Previous insurance experience
