This regional construction company based in the South West provide a full construction package, have offices across the country and now due to continual growth plans are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

In this role you will work on a range of projects from construction, design and build, restoration and repair and maintenance which varying in size and complexity.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical and surveying skills and be able to communicate effectively with a range of staff from initial design through to project completion.

The Role:
* Survey a variety of projects varying in size and complexity
* Liaise with site staff, managers and clients
* Cost control and project valuations

The Person:
* Surveying experience in the construction industry
* Strong communication and surveying knowledge
* Ability to work well with others as well as individual
