The role
This position would be suitable for a senior-level project manager or building surveyor from a consultancy background, who wants to focus purely on project delivery. A generous salary and bonus potential will be given to the successful candidate.
This job opportunity will give the chosen individual an interesting portfolio of projects to work up, from office fit-outs to complete industrial-unit refurbishments. The values of these schemes can range up to £3m.
You will also be responsible for undertaking dilapidations, but the role will heavily focus on project management and contract administration.
