The Project

This is a great opportunity for a Site Engineer who can travel to Canary Wharf to work on what will be the tallest Residential Tower in Europe! The project is currently in pilling stage and will go up to 75 Storeys! Estimated value to £450M

The Company

They are a private residential developer and have been present in the London market since 1993. They have delivered some of London's most prestigious buildings and are continuing to make their mark in the market. They are currently delivering the tallest residential tower in London, with many other exciting projects in the pipeline.

Duties:

* Responsible for the setting out
* Manage the Ground works & Drainage Structures
* Set out and ensure all Grid Lines are compliant
* Setting out of walls & other Structures
* Setting out the Piles
* Checking and transferring of Levels
* Monitoring and checking works of ongoing structures

Requirements:

* Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role
* Must have High rise RC frame Experience
* Residential experience is preferred
