A top client of mine, currently turning over around £500m are currently looking for a Project Manager to run a £50m healthcare project based in North West London. This is a number 1 role on site and will be reporting directly into a visiting Contracts Manager.

The client are very well known in Ireland and Northern UK and are currently expanding their presence in the London market. Their speciality is healthcare, retail and education up to the value of around £50/60m. They are a reputable company who will look after employees and support long term career progression. As a Project Manager you will be given full control of a project reporting to a Contracts Manager who will be covering around 3 to 4 projects.

Essential criteria and experience include:

* Relevant previous experience in one or more of the following; commercial, retail, healthcare, education, refurbishment and/or new build
* Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion
* Experience of temporary works procedures
* Ability to collaborate with, and manage, operational, design and client teams
* Working with JCT, NEC and other forms of contract
* Producing project programmes and progress reports
* Implementing quality control procedures
* Commercial awareness
* Leadership skills
* CSCS / SMSTS qualified
* Valid driving licence
* IT skills

Desirable criteria:

* First Aid at Work
* Professional qualification
* Degree qualified
