Finance Manager - Dorchester - £38-42K
Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recruiting a Finance Manager for a multi-sited charitable organisation based in Dorchester.
Reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Senior Management team, you will have responsibility for implementing, evaluating and maintaining strong financial and business management systems including: overseeing and developing a small finance team, planning and managing the annual organisational and departmental budgets, preparation of monthly and annual statutory accounts, overseeing the payroll, and managing the bank accounts. In addition, you would assist with tender bids and contract negotiations, advice to the senior team and board and also manage and develop the organisation's use of IT.
You will need to be CCAB qualified (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with a min of 3-5 years PQE and experience of managing staff, budgets and multiple contracts (including negotiations). In addition, you will need to have good technical knowledge, interpersonal skills and strong Excel.
