Salary: up to £25,000 OTE £40,000 1st year.

Our market leading client is looking for ambitious graduates to join their 2015 FX Brokerage and Financial Management Graduate Schemes. Working within the FX and Financial sectors our client has a wealth of experience of dealing with huge household names within these markets and an impressive growth plan to build on the year-on-year base of growth they have experienced within the past 5 years.

With offices located in capitals across Europe our client has a huge market for which to expand further in and is looking to train and develop promising graduates from their Central London office. Graduates will be provided with training from seasoned advisors who will be on hand to help at each stage of the training process. Within the sector specialism that you're placed in across Brokering roles and Financial Management positions you'll be given the tools and opportunities to become competent advisors from which to build solid client relationships and build impressive sales portfolios. Being responsible for market research, B2B sales and client advisory services you will have a very hands-on role with client facing responsibility early on.

Graduates must have an interest in Finance and Brokering services and must be able to work competently to deliver the best results for their clients. Being able to build rapport with clients and manage relationships well will help not only you become very successful but will contribute to the successful growth that our client has a history of experiencing.

The successful applicant will ideally have a university degree of at least a 2.2 classification and preferably some sales experience. Alongside this keen interest within finance is required and the ability to communicate well. A resilient personality is ideal for this fast paced work environment.
