Outbound Sales Advisor

We have an exciting temporary to permanent opportunity with our Dunstable based client for an Outbound Sales Advisor. It will initially be 12 weeks temporary, so applicants must be available immediately.

Role responsibilites:

* Make outbound telesales calls to prospective and lapsed customers, to introduce the products and services of the client.
* Work to set sales targets and KPI's, overcoming objections confidently and working within strict quality and adherence guidelines.
* Lead on promoting current campaigns and products.
* Work closely with our key stakeholders to support field sales and medical directory teams.
* To accurately provide customer quotations and take the appropriate action throughout the customer journey.
* To liaise with internal teams and customers regarding product availability and delivery timescales whilst managing customer expectations.
* Actively seek feedback from customers through the use of Customer Satisfaction Surveys in line with KPI's.
* Provide support to the administration team on an ad-hoc basis.
* To take ownership of your own development ensuring your Personal Development Log is kept up to date.
* Implement outcomes of coaching, feedback and training in line with set objectives.
* Ensure administration duties are completed accurately and within timescale.
* Opportunity spot and lead generate by having a quality conversation with your customer, sell, up-sell and cross-sell where necessary.
* Remain up to date with the current product portfolio.
* Take full ownership of customer complaints.

Person Specification:

* Sales experience within a customer orientated environment.
* You must be diplomatic, have excellent listening skills and the ability to build effective relationships with customers.
* Excellent interpersonal skills both on the telephone and face to face and in written email communication.
* Self-motivated and target orientated.
* Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
* Excellent time management skills ensuring a high level of productivity.
* Ability to work with minimum supervision.
* Effective team player.
* Have the drive to exceed.
* A positive 'can do' attitude displaying behaviours in line with our company core values.

Initially this is a 12 week temporary role, going to a permanent position after this. Rate of pay whilst temporary will be £10.99 per hour and annual salary once permanent will be £20,000.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 17:00pm.

This position is based in Dunstable and the office has free parking on site
