We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a part time, enthusiastic Telesales/Telemarketing representative to contribute in generating and creating new Business to Business leads.

You will be responsible for generating and creating interest to book professional Executives onto Webinars for IT Telecommunication Services.

An effective Telemarketer must be an excellent communicator and have people skills at the different levels.

They must be comfortable with and able to:

* Make phone calls
* Present services
* Finding out requirements with timescales
* Create and generate interest
* Close for booking Webinars and Bill Comparisons

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in new prospective leads which comprise of a combination of Webinar bookings and Bill Comparisons.


* Contact potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
* Ask questions to understand customer requirements and timescales, close by booking a Webinar and/or Bill Comparison.
* Direct prospects to the Business Development team when needed
* Enter and update customer information in the database
* Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
* Keep records of calls, feedback notes, interest and leads generated with notes on useful information


* Proven experience as telesales tele-marketing/representative type role with volume calling.
* Proven track record of successfully meeting Tele-Marketing quota over the phone.
* Ability to find qualify for the correct person, find out requirements with timescale.
* Ability to learn about products and services and the benefits to a prospective customer of taking the Webinar.
* Excellent knowledge of English both written and verbally
* Be able to type succinct notes and update records of the calls
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at the different levels
* To be able to ask questions to open up discussion around requirements with timescales.
* Ability to close book Webinar/Appointment
* Higher education will be a plus

The position will be working from home 16-20 hours per week

Commission will also be paid
