We have been retained therefore, to recruit home based Sales Executives for the Glasgow region to aid in the next stage of our client’s growth. Successful sales executives will be responsible for selling advertising solutions to companies from SME’s right up to blue chip clients. The role will involve out-bound, home based lead generation, and consultative selling alongside meeting clients face to face, as well as account management of both new and existing business.

You will be a confident, target driven, direct sales professional, looking to move to the next stage of your career. With the ability to demonstrate that you can consistently over deliver on structured sales targets, possessing excellent communication skills both on the telephone and face to face. Whilst a background in media or advertising could be advantageous, my client is simply looking for strong, driven and self-motivated sales people from any B2B/B2C background.

The Role:

-Home based telephone appointment setting, lead generation and sales to potential new and existing businesses, alongside field based meetings to build relationships with new prospects and your ongoing client base
-Over achieving against both KPI’s and overall individual sales targets
-Developing and growing, consistently existing client base spend
-Actively and intelligently seeking new business through self-lead generation, following these leads through to sales completion and managing the lifecycle of your client beyond this point

The Person:

We are looking for hungry driven Sales Executives with a minimum of 12 months advertising experience and a demonstrable sales background. The successful candidate must have a passion to work in a fast-paced environment being highly motivated, well-organised, and an instant rapport builder

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a strong basic salary alongside a company car and a comprehensive benefits package. With an OTE of c£40,000 but realistic earning potential in excess of £50,000 this is a role for a Sales Executive looking to build the next part of their sales career with a desire for success and reward based on hard work, over delivery and the drive and motivation to match
