The account executive's role will be varied and challenging, supporting the development of sales across all product ranges.

The role will be office based with key responsibilities as follows;

* Dealing with incoming calls from suppliers and customers (Inbound calls)
* Estimating/quoting for new or repeat business to both existing and potential new clients
* Managing customer enquiries, to ensure a prompt and satisfactory resolution
* Building and developing customer relationships
* Regular pro-active communication with the production team to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met
* General administration desk-based market and competitor research

The role would suit an ambitious and committed individual, who was keen to join a small busy team and contribute to the continued development and success of the business.

Essential Criteria:

* Previous experience in a similar role within the Print & Packaging Industry
* Knowledge of litho and screen printing is a big advantage
* A good general standard of education with high levels of numeracy and literacy
* Excellent administration and organisation skills, the ability to work well with a small team and under varying workloads and time pressures
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
* High Standards - a self-starter capable of acting and working under their own initiative
* An eye for detail and the ability to produce high quality and accurate work
* A flexible approach to work activities and the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
* Strong IT skills
* A positive attitude and a creative mind
