Would you describe yourself as a consultative seller? Are you able to build long term successful relationships with businesses? Looking to join a company to support with a new venture within an already successful company based in Leicester City Centre?

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to work on a B2B basis within the corporate market. You will be responsible for building long term successful relationships, offering bespoke packages, working on our larger and multi-site cooperate accounts.

To be successful within this position you will need to have either sales or account management experience, you must be proactive in your approach towards sales, demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to overcome objections.

In return for your hard work and success you will receive a basic salary of £20,000 per annum, with Uncapped Commission (first year average £32k) and bonuses based on attendance and performance, along with many company incentives.

Working hours Monday - Friday 08:45 - 17:00

Responsibilities:
* Pro-actively approach corporate and multi-site businesses, through both new and existing customers
* Speak with decision makers, overcoming objection and negotiate on price
* Fact find leading to offering bespoke packages suiting individual needs
* Build and maintain successful long-term relationships
* Working towards both sales and performance related targets
* Keeping up to date with all new product and introductions as appropriate

Skills and Experience:
* Experience within Sales or Account Management positions
* Demonstrate a consultative selling approach
* Be able to build rapport with decision makers over a long period of time
* Demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills
* Have a proactive approach towards work
* Show initiative in being successful
* Be able to work both alone and also communicate with the wider team
