360 Employment Evolution are working with an international company that offers IT software, IT support and installation of systems to private health care organisations.

They offer excellent training and sustainble career progression.

They are currently looking to expand their IT Support/Customer Service team. Now, although you ont need to be an IT "wizz" an IT background or level of "on the phone support" experience would be a clear advantage.

The core basis of this role includes:
- receiving incoming calls and taking information from customers
- diagnosis their queriy and handling their questions with ease. Full Training will be given on all systems and products.

The best candidate would have the following traits:
- Excellent customer services skills
- Confident IT skills, inclusive of Word/Excell and Outlook
- Helpdesk and customer handling experinece is a clear advantage

The working hours are Monday to Friday, the working week is 37.5hours which will span between 8am and 6pm.
