Our client, a provider of training, skills, recruitment and consultancy for growth, are looking for a highly competent MIS & Compliance Manager to join their rapidly expanding business. You must have a proven history in delivering outstanding results.

You will ensure data is compliant and meets the requirements of funding agencies/partners, provide appropriate reports, and ensure returns are met.

Day to day duties will include the following:
• Working alongside the Director and Senior Managers, the MIS & Compliance Manager maintains an excellent understanding of business requirements and commercial objectives so that they are equipped to act as a trusted advisor, contributing to the development and execution of the overall business plan
• Being responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy and completeness of apprenticeship and traineeship data and other related (ESFA, ESF) funding claims and provision
• Develop and manage data integrity procedures including the management of validation and exception reports, reporting regularly to management
• To be able to use the system (PICs, FIS) to carry out a range of checks to ensure the funding claims are maximized and accurate
• To have and keep an up to date knowledge of funding issues, ILR returns and requirements
• Reconcile ILR data, validating data, correcting errors and ensuring timely and accurate submission of data to ESFA/other parties
• Prepare for audits including ESFA, Ofsted, HEFCE, MATRIX
• Data Cleansing & Processing
• Process early leavers, breaks in learning, and restarts, in line with the funding rules and the company's processes
• Create a national rollout strategy and lead MIS implementation
• Lead on the systems creation and integrations of PICS, CRM, e-portfolios
• Manage a team of compliance administrators
• Create a compliance training strategy and lead on its implementation
• Work with the HR Manager to review and introduce robust compliance KPI’s

• Computer skills- to include advanced level of word; PowerPoint, e-portfolios and on-line registration and certification systems and management information systems such as PICS
