Duties and responsibilities include:
- Managing and overseeing projects
- Managing diaries and prioritising workloads
- Effectively and accurately communicating relevant project information to the client and team
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes
- Monitoring spend in line with company policies
- Managing/placing purchase orders, verifications and booking travel
