Legal Secretary - Residential Conveyancing
An opportunity has arisen in a local high street law practice in the Sutton Coldfield area for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary.
The duties will include but not be limited to:
- audio typing
- dealing with telephone enquiries
- liaising with estate agents and other solicitors
- opening and closing files
- preparing client care letters
- assisting the fee earner where necessary
- general administration duties and secretarial support
The successful candidate should have excellent typing skills and have a 'can do' attitude along with a good telephone manner and the ability to prioritise their own workload.
This is a great opportunity to join an established small practice where your role matters. The salary is very competitive circa £20 - £22,000 depending on experience and it is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch. The holiday entitlement is 33 days per year including Bank Holidays and 3 days to be saved for the Christmas break.
