Are you a Production Manager from a manufacturing background looking to join a global organisation that offer continuous on the job training where you will play a key role in the company's success?

On offer is a role that will be instrumental to the growth and development of the company through implementing lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvements.

The company in question provide minerals to a number of industries to manufacture a range of products including, Bricks, Masonry and Cement, Glass as well as Structural Ceramics to name a few.

This global company currently employs 75 people in the UK and are set to grow and expand over the coming years through planned procurement of companies nationwide.

Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Production Manager to work on site and help improve the production facility. You will be responsible for enforcing health and safety, environmental standards, improving production techniques as well as managing a team.

Applicants who apply should have a good understanding of lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S.

· Implementing lean manufacturing techniques
· Managing a team
· Enforcing health and safety as well as company policies

· Manufacturing background
· Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvements
· Looking to help grow and manage a highly skilled production department
