Are you looking to make a difference to the lives of young people with special needs?

We are recruiting on behalf of a special school and residential units across the Bracknell and Reading area. The school are searching for therapeutic residential workers for their residential settings. The role is 150 hours per month - shift patterns are typically 3pm to 11pm or 10am to 11pm (plus sleep-in shifts). Some experience working with children or adults with special needs or mental health disorders is desirable but not essential.

You would join a team offering therapeutic residential care for males aged between 11-18 years who have difficulties related to attachment and developmental trauma, and who have perpetrated sexually harmful behaviour.

They are looking for hard-working and proactive individuals who are emotionally stable and physically able to take on this role. Personality and attitude is as important as similar experience.
