Whilst the application process is rigorous, should you be successful, you will be fortunate enough to have a chance to learn from some of the very elite group of the executive search world within the Financial Technology sector.
For those that are successful, you will have one of the most personalized and tailored training schemes that is currently available in the industry. With a director personally chosen to supervise you for your first few months within the executive search world, no aspect of your role will be left uncovered, and you will be given every chance and possibility to succeed.
The promotion pathway for your career is set out clearly, and your first promotion is achieved after three months, which will subsequently result in an increase in both responsibility and base salary. From there, rapid promotion is easily achievable for those that hit their targets and put in the work. The promotion structure is designed to reward those that are looking to build a long-lasting career with us, and those that are willing to put in the extra effort for the rewards.
There are a variety of extra incentives in place that inspire all employees to go out and make more deals. From a very generous commission structure which increases exponentially as you do more deals, to extra-financial rewards on top that come with quarterly targets. From weekly rewards, such as an open bar on Fridays, to monthly rewards such as a Michelin star restaurant fine-dining experience to half-yearly rewards, such as our 5* all-inclusive company holidays. The role itself is both a candidate and client facing role, after initially resourcing and learning straight from your director, whilst you will be able to utilize other consultant's clients, you will be expected to go out and win your own, confidence and communication skills will be key if you are to be successful. First year earnings can exceed £45k, with the current first-year record standing at £79k.
Ultimately we are looking for people that have high-levels of money-motivation and a consistent, proven work-ethic. This can be shown by your employment history, having worked whilst in education, or from a young age. Sporting prowess is also encouraged, as this illustrates the drive, determination and competitiveness that we like to see. Whilst a good standard of education is important to us, it is not a necessity, but a 2:1 from a top 40 university is preferred. Similarly, prior successful sales experience is a big positive, but not necessary.
